I want to hold my payment
I have ordered two boxes of medicine of headache to "Lahar Pharmaceuticals Nagpur, Maharashtra" . Each of the box was asked 42 USD and EMS under 250 gm was 30 USD. Since I ordered two boxes, so they charged me as follows: 2 boxes Vasograin tablet : 84$ Shipping cost for EMS:35$ Total:119$USD For IndiaMart Payment (10% extra charges) 119$+10$ Total: 129$since . But today , after 10 days of delay , I received half of the delivery ( 1 box only) and also extra charges at our customs clearance, which I reconfirmed asking Lahar Pharma repeatedly that whether I need any extra payment at my destination, Dhaka, or not. So, I want the refund of the extra charges of the rest of the promised delivery , i, e, 42 $ ( 1 box) + 5 $ ( for the charge they took for weight over 250 gm) + 5 $ for IndiaMart Payment.
