Absolute SCAM!!!!
Order # 22481 This company is a complete scam. I ordered 3 costumes for my kids for Halloween on 10/4/2021. They arrived 11/3/2021. I emailed customer service for a return and refund and was given such a rediculous run around to the tune of 16 emails between 11/5/2021 and 11/25/2021 when they FINALLY gave me the return order form that their website required for a return. I gave them the USPS tracking number 12/2/2021 and as of 12/23/2021 according to USPS tracking, they received the package. It was at this point that they stopped answering my emails. They have not refunded my money as of today 2/28/2022.
