I had called in to cancel an order that was pending charge and Michelle was so kind and professional and her follow-through was so great!! Which is rare these days. I appreciate her taking it from A to Z and completing the task and making sure the order was indeed cancelled and emailed me this morning that everything was taken care of. WOW! I will be back as soon as my supply gets a bit lower:) Julie McGinley
