Such A Helpful Company
I just wanted to share an unexpectedly good experience I have had with Kent Faith. A little while ago I contacted them about the possibility of getting a replacement for the leg of my old but very well used tripod that had been lost on an expedition. After a couple of emails back and forth they determined the discontinued model of my tripod and said they would search the warehouse for old stock. Expecting to hear nothing more I was amazed to receive a final mail this morning to let me know that one had been found and they would ship it to me. No one could ask for better service from a company than that.
