Outstanding Experience! Little backstory: 1995 I purchased a brand new Rolex Lady Datejust, jubilee bracelet, pyramid dial. I loved and cherished that Rolex until I decided to move overseas to a country where it was strongly recommended NOT to wear or even own expensive jewelry. So I sold my beloved Rolex. The aforementioned move didn't work out and I wanted my Rolex back. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option. So I did the next best thing. I reached out to the Watch Chest and they had the exact model of watch I originally owned, the exact year, dial face, bracelet...if I hadn't kept my old serial number, I would swear it was my original watch. And talk about service! I dealt with Cody and he was phenomenal. He listens, which in today's world is often hard to find in customer service. He patiently answered all my questions. He didn't get frustrated when I got a little emotional over the entire experience and did exactly what he promised as far as delivery. There was a little hiccup at the beginning getting the payment to them but only because of all the extra online security they have in place, which frankly made me feel even better about the transaction. Now onto the Rolex...it is as beautiful as my original watch back in 1995! Both cosmetically and functionally, it is perfect. They even got the sizing correct. Cost wise, I felt they were more than fair, and offer a generous warranty, especially for a watch that is 28 years old. Finally, I didn't have my original Rolex box so I was fine that this particular Rolex came sans box. And frankly, when I saw the packaging my new Rolex came in, I was blown away. IMHO, it is way above the original Rolex box. So classy in both style and substance. Thank you Watch Chest, and especially Cody, for your exceptional customer service.
