Save your time and money, its a rort. I purchased vein assistance product on the 6 Feb 2026, their australian invoice total with shipping insurance and "other costs" was $60. So they take $76.18 out of my account, and to date the email I sent querying this has not been replied to. Item as packed 15 February 2026, not the 24 hours they quote but 9 days later. Got to Sydney NSW Aust on the 25 February NSW, then for some reason it was sent to Western Australia arriving on the 27 February. As of yesterday, 4 days later, 3 March 2026 it is still there, while I am on the other side of Australia in Queensland. I am assuming this is just some sort of ruse, and the product/order never existed.
