Totally untrustworthy website
Totally untrustworthy website. Customer service non existent. As previous review says it is not based in the US as it suggests and is actually based in China. I ordered two hats - one vintage rose and one blue and what I received was one brown and one yellowy brown. Both hats were squashed into a very small box which meant that although the box was completely intact the hats were badly misshapen. When I contacted customer services they made no apology that they were wrong or that they were damaged...simply said I could send them back but at my cost (which included postage, import taxes and fees amounting to £42!!!!!!) I stood my ground in several email messages and each time I got told it would be too expensive for me to send back but no offer of my full money back? So having spent $92 on two hats my offer of a "refund" is for me to send the hats back at my expense and they will only give me $40. I'm not sure that they even deserve 1 star. Do not buy from this site.
