Simply put, this shop is superior to any local bicycle store. It is worth noting that they provide expert advice not only before the purchase, but also afterward. If other retailers want to learn how to establish and maintain customer relationships, they should consider making a purchase here. Five stars, superior. Nothing less. My purchases so far: three frame sets, four wheelsets. More to follow.
Not just a source of excellent bicycle products. What impressed me most was the detailed advice before, during and after the purchase. Even better than in the bike store around the corner. For me, one of the best experiences in online retail. Very impressive! Products purchased so far: Two Voicevelo G-Major framesets. People I've been in contact with: Tom, Joe and Ava. Five stars is the best possible rating. From me there is a “Superior” on top. Well deserved.
