Great customer service …
I ordered the top and within days was contacted by phone from an amazing customer service agent telling me I may have ordered a tonneau cover and not convertible top. We reviewed the order and indeed I did. She corrected the order and helped me with the price adjustment. All done in minutes. Two days later the same amazing agent calls and says the material is back ordered and no one can get it. We reviewed my options of cancellation or keep the order open . Long story short, she was amazing and my order arrived 3 weeks later. Good customer service apparently still exists. Who would have thought!
