Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. My Nanoleaf hex lights fell off the wall within less than a month of mounting them perfectly following the given wall-prep instructions. When I contacted their customer support, they told me to buy third-party adhesives, told me they couldn't be sure I mounted them properly in the first place (because they weren't there to witness it), and said their adhesive isn't covered under the manufacturer warranty. I am very sad and disappointed. The lights were sooo cool, but the company doesn't stand behind their product and tries to slip out of any responsibility/ownership.
