Air Asia services are par excellence
Air Asia services are par excellence ! Right from their boarding ground staff till airhosts and FnB services,everything is excellent. I had one stopover flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai at 14.20 p.m via.Bangalore. Due to some foggy weather in Banglore ( from where it was coming from), our Hyderabad to Bangalore initial flight got delayed by one hour with estimated departure time at 15.20 p.m. Our connecting flight from Bangalore was showing boarding of 16.35 p.m Which was seemingly difficult to make it. We were 4 transit passangers for Mumbai. The boarding pass issuer person in Hyderabad was so caring that he immediately called his head Mr.Isaac and they coordinated with Bangalore staff, gave our names ro Bangalore staff and pacified all of us by assuring all of ours safe landing to our destination ( Mumbai). They informed Hyderabad gate staff also.Provisionally They called upon our names and took our consent for re schedulung our booking just in case if we miss the connecting flight. In the flight couple of tines, once the hostess n then the host briefed us to deboard on priority and informed is to immediately head tobwards transfers and get in touch with Air Asia staff. Having deboarded fast, at Bangalore gate also, gate staff had holder back the bus, just for us, They quickly helped us head towards flight. We realized that the flight was beholder late for us n our luggage. Only once all transit passangers boarded, the connecting flight took off. Thus all the staff were well informed in advance and more than happy to help in the entire journey. And to top it up, f n b on board was also a great experience. I would definitely frequently fly Air Asia and highly recommend this flight. M much thank ful to Issac n ground staff team at Hydearbad once again .
