55" TV ordered on 28th Feb. Today still in phase in-transit, DHL received electronic information and waiting for the seller. I contacted with Gshopper and here is the answer: "Hello. Sorry to inform you. Since we ship from Germany, your order exceeds the size limit of the courier service. Even if we propose to increase the freight to achieve the purpose of transportation, logistics providers are still reluctant to transport. Sorry, we have no choice but to cancel your order and issue a refund." So why they are selling products what they cannot ship, I really don't understand it.
