Horrible service
Cardboard strips were in one of my meals. I have emailed customer service 5 times in the past 3 weeks and they are completely non-responsive. My meals were processed and my card was charged but they never showed up and I was not able to get in touch through email, their message portal on their site, or their customer service phone number.
