Avoid this company at all costs. Our driver arrived 30 minutes late for what was supposed to be a meet‑and‑greet service. Then, unbelievably, he cancelled our return trip, ignored every phone call, and left us stranded in Paris. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service - no help, no call back, nothing. Since then, I’ve been emailing back and forth requesting a refund, and they still refuse to take responsibility. There is zero professionalism, zero service, and zero accountability. This company is an absolute joke, and you are throwing your money away if you book with them.
