X330 Control Box
I had an issue with my X330 Light (Brand New), the UV side would come on then cycle off after 20 minutes. I contacted Michael from GSI Support who mailed out the new control module that day. The fact they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and immediately mailed a new controller. Your extra efforts to help me did not go unnoticed. Thank You again,and look forward to being Kind Light customer forever !!! Customer Service does make a difference....In addition Jessica Sage "On Chat" did a remarkable job as well, very quick to respond and customer service was beyond reproach - What a Team !!!!!!!......Thanks All !
