Bad customer support experience
Bought some new filament. While printing, my print stopped in the middle of a 1 hour print. I checked the filament and it was tangled. This was brand new filament and all precautions were taken into account when putting the filament on the spool. Bambu support asked me for pictures, which I've send, and then they wanted to send me a new filament. After 20 minutes I completely unwinded and rewinded the filament (found multiple tangled spots by doing this). I then contacted support again and said that I was able to fix it so they don't need to send a new filament and I would be more happy with a coupon. Then I got the simple answer that they don't send coupons and they were glad I fixed it. So in the end I received no new filament, no coupon, just a lot of wasted time and wasted filament.
