I was at a point in my life where I only left myself one way to go - and that was down. I made the call to PFC and from the day I arrived I knew that I had made the best decision possible to save my life. I was overweight, unable to hardly walk and very depressed. From day one of exercising the PFC team made every step I took a victory. They worked with my issues and developed a workout routine that met and challenged my capabilities. The chief's and team made healthy, measured meals that I doubted I would like. The servings looked obviously too small for me but truth be known - I loved the food and by the end of a couple days I was more than full daily. Every single person on the PFC team was friendly, helpful, encouraging and yet nudged you to push through your weaknesses. I left losing weight, losing inches, excited to take on a new diet but the one most important thing I took away was a new lease on my life. I will forever be indebted to their support, drive and kindness.
