DONT ORDER Customer Service Not existent
I am writing in English,being in Germany. I ordered online two games and a hoodie. It took weeks until it arrived. Then the hoodie did not look good like I Thought and was in the wrong size. I did not even try it. I was trying to send it back, for a reason I don’t know the send back portal rejected my return request. Since then I wrote 13 emails 5 DM to the insta account of „yes theory“ the YouTube channel who are the owner of this. They are ghosting me. The damage is only 85 euro but I won’t stop !!!!!!
