Paying for the view
The view sat out by the pool overlooking the lake is fantastic but that is what you are paying for. Property is smaller then the pictures would have you believe and the general cleanliness was poor. Lots of random toenails around the place and we had to unblock a few sinks for them to be usable. General cleanliness of the pool wasn’t great, we didn’t see a pool cleaner in the two weeks we were there and there was no pool brush to clean the bottom of the pool, so a lot of dirt on that. BBQ gas bottle was empty which was poor. The actual surrounding area is very good and easy access to many food places and shops. It’s not a terrible property but I we didn’t feel it warranted the high price charged. Also be aware of the price you pay. Everything for us advertised in pounds sterling when initially booked and then final payment in dollars which can vary due to exchange rates.
