Absolute horrible experience. This is by far the worst online shop i‘ve bought something. After ordering, nothing happened for 7 days. When i asked what’s going on, the package was on the way the following day. Since it was shipped to late, i already was gone from the receiving address. The so called „Customer Support“ denies to give me the return address because i cannot send a photo from the parcel. This is horrendous.
