Pleasantly surprised
I saw my girlfriend's bag and asked where she purchased and she gave me the website. I was skeptical because I couldn't get onto the website if I was inside my home - weird. I had to be outside in my car away from house in order to get to the website, again, weird. I was skeptical about the bags and the company but yet I ordered anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciated the speed of the delivery. The bag did look like the picture. It was wrapped crazy and was in a dust bag. However the stitching on the back of the bag was sketchy. I informed them and they gave me 3 options. I can exchange it but keep the bag I ordered. I could return the bag and receive full refund and pay for shipping or I can receive partial refund, I opted to exchange for another bag. I had to pay $80 shipping which is why I gave 4 stars but I got to keep the original bag. Which works for me. I will order from them again. Everything they promise seems on par.
