Discogs can't keep up with 21st century technology and it's killing me (also I can't get my money back and the support is basically chatbots sending you in circles)
I've been using discogs since 2025 and in general it's an ok-ish service (considering the state of buying things online in 2025). But I've been trying to get my money or my record from the seller since june 2025 and I'm still not done. The support is, how to put it lightly... no helpful. I've used all the available options and I've opened two tickets but it's like bots out there, no real people. This is a bit embarrassing.
