HoverAir Aqua - not good
I bought the new HoverAir Aqua, and the experience so far has been poor. The biggest problem is that the drone does not stay close enough to get a useable shot. It's supposed to do 34mph, but can't (or won't) keep up at 19mph, so video is unusable. In addition: Materials feel very cheap and flimsy. Camera is poor quality compared to cheaper competitors. Initial set up was very challenging. Lighthouse/drone connection is very unstable. Battery life is far below advertised. It costs £1000 more than DJI's Neo 2, but you would be forgiven for thinking the Aqua was the budget drone out of the pair. It needs a lot of improvement to live up to what was advertised. Hopefully firmware updates can fix the tracking/speed issue at least.
