Have a small loan. Wanted to make a payment a day early. Went to their chat session. Asked if I can make payment a day early. Chat stated yes, go to payment options and make early payment. Today, an additional payment was taken from my account. Talking to a customer service supervisor was a joke. He denied chat would instruct those steps for an early payment. Will never use Makwa finance again. Their website is extremely deceptive.
