Terrible
Terrible, terrible, terrible. I don’t even know where to start. I would give him a minus. They are quite arrogant and rude as well 48 hours constantly with them writing back-and-forth as they are the ones that stuffed my name up. They did not put my surname onto the ticket it was with Jetstar and One was with Virgin after 48 hours back-and-forth. I rang the airline themselves and they did it for me within two minutes but then they had the high to text me. Everything has been done and they were talking like they were the ones that did it. They did absolute nothing. They wanted to charge me money. The airlines did it for nothing for me because they saw that they stuffed up. After 48 hours nothing was done. I spoke to a guy. I did not swear I did not scream. I just said imagine that was your ticket and that happened to you. I was getting frustrated but I am never ever rude and he wanted to hang up on me and then I actually asked him. Why would you like to hang up that you’re not taking any tolerance have I sworn to you? He says no have I screamed with you? He says no so what’s the issue? If you can? I know they keep cheaper flights away but it’s not worth the hassle and frustration if something goes wrong they are not here to help. That’s all. I’m telling you if something is wrong they will not help.
