GW lost it's soul
GW is a publicly traded company and cares little for the customer experience. Their website is a crapshoot with a queue system that doesn't keep your place and WILL increase your time spent in the queue ensuring you cannot pre-order any limited edition items. They hardly ever have any stock in, with new systems/models being out of stock for weeks/months after release (check out Legions Imperialis). I honestly don't recognise this company anymore. It's only concern now is profits, CEO wage increases and paying shareholders.
