Insecure support system that exposes customers to scammers
Got interested in Kyberswap because the swapped a coin I wanted to be an early investor. Created an account found it extremely not user friendly and started seeking support. They do not have effective secure support services. Google forms contact form I still haven't received a response 2 days later. Email resulted in a failed delivery. Only working support is a group chat on Telegram/Discord where admins are supposed to support your queries but are not trained properly and mainly function to promote marketing initiatives. Scammers create profiles looking like admin and swindle you out of you money. It's the first time I find a support system for a financial company that is a breeding ground for fraud and scammers. It was absolutely shocking how little the care about the safety, security and technical support of their members. March 2022 experience
