This alarm company has the worst customer service!! I have been waiting for 3 months for my replacement Camera!! It was approved March 9th, but has not been shipped as of today 3/22.!! I have been pass from person to person and no one seems to know or how to help or solve my issues!! #BADALARMCOMPANY# #BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE #
