Mampta was most helpful! She was informative, patient, kind, personable and accessible. She instilled trust and I would work with her again without any reservation. Clear Path/Village Capital reached out a few times to make sure that I had set up the portal to pay the mortgage. This was reassuring because this service is provided by an outside company with a different name (Village Capital). The portal is very user friendly. I can see payments made and allocation toward principal and instrest easily. I will continue to monitor the service and the process.
