Edit to my previous review. After some issues, the company did ship my item. It arrived and I have used it. So far so good. My hope is they are working in improving their customer service. I have adjusted my rating to reflect this. This review is regarding customer service. I purchased almost two weeks ago a fat freezing machine. Without going into a long detailed review, I've been told multiple times it would be shipped/was shipped, etc. Still haven't received the item and have gotten misinformation. Now after reading their reviews on Facebook, I'm concerned about the machine even working when and if I receive it. Fingers crossed on all fronts. If things work out, I'll post an update and change my review.
