every reply i need to wait for a whole day for them to get back. policy has many loopholes. at first they say the shoe im buying failed quality check, i requested a refund but they insist they must find a replacement instead of giving me a refund which takes another 3 more days to source a replacement. the while transaction takes almost a month to finish.
