I’m so disappointed with Customer…
I’m so disappointed with Customer Services!! That’s all I can say. I cancelled my booking ticket bcoz of covid but there’s is no action on my request!!! I thought they’ll process since can’t reach them through number phone and email address but nothing!! I was surprised when my friend said people at the caunter give them my refund ticket and said they didn’t know anything?!!!
