I recently had a problem with an order and shipment from Durastill, however their customer service representative Terrence, and his associate Ryan, provided outstanding service and immediate resolution of the problem. I was very appreciative to finally get this problem solved! I have had a Durastill 30J unit for 3 years, it works like a charm! Definitely recommend monitoring mineral deposition in boil tank every 4 weeks for 1-2 people use, every 2 weeks for more than 2 people.
