Bluetti = awful service
This is a BLUETTI power stations manufacturer with awful client service. Company get orders even when they do not have available inventory. I’ve placed my order SPF-EU-26912 and waited for more than 1 month without any notifications regarding delays in delivery (it is really crucial if you are located in Ukraine and you need a power station as soon as possible). On their website shipment dates are completely different. But that’s not the end. I requested refund when I had no more time and desire to wait. They promised to process refund in 3 business days. In case the refund is not received, they asked to report them. I didn’t receive my refund, so I reported it to Bluetti and I even send my bank details to speed up the refund. Currently, I’m somewhere in the middle of waiting any feedback. This can’t be called a client service at all.
