So very disappointing
So very disappointing. I purchased a 9ct gold hollow bracelet after my previous similar bracelet of 30 years broke. The catch loosened on the second wear and wouldn’t hold. The Bangle kept coming off and getting twisted and dented. I sent it back for an assessment. The assessment stated no issue. The warranty does not cover the bangle catch. I Escalated the issue to the independent ombudsman. The website to submit the evidence to the independent ombudsman did not work after spending one hour uploading. All email communication to client experience and virtual boutique now receiving an undeliverable bounce back- not sure why. On a positive, a nice sympathetic email from client experience that can’t really do anything except empathise. Very frustrating all round. I wish I had done more research prior to purchasing.
