The testing website has major issues. Beware - the testing website will ONLY work on ipad, it WILL NOT WORK ON PC OR IPHONE. And you have to make sure the ipad does not go into standby at any point. or else you will be disconnected. I spent 30 mins trying to connect on both PC and iphone but it had A/V issues over 6-7 attempts. It could not pick up my microphone consistently on either device. I do zoom calls on iphone and PC all the time and never had these issues. The testing website sucks!!
