WARNING! SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED.... TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY! DO NOT BUY!! I purchased two pairs of shoes, same size. One fit and the other was way too big. I tried to contact the company to return the oversized pair as their website states if you are not satisfied, then contact them to make it right. Website also states "satisfaction guaranteed." The only option they provided to get a full refund was to return shoes to Vietnam and pay the international shipping fee (even though they shipped to me from Vernon, CA), which is more than the shoes are worth and they also said that there was no guarantee they would receive them. If that was the case they would not honor the return. So they ship from a local address but expect me to return shoes to Vietnam. The other option was a refund of only a percentage of the shoe. They started at 10 percent and "final" offer 25 percent. So essentially they offered two options that were not acceptable.
