Well, I am happy to rate it with 5 stars, but the absence of an easily available support email on the support page, and the presence of a bug that suddenly breaks the sync between subs and the video by 16-18 seconds or so (definitely not an editing issue) might force you to pay a full price again for realigning, which makes it a less great experience. This bug makes the feature of the text overlay during the editing process completely unusable. Fortunately, I managed to simply ignore it by manually controlling the playback and following the text. But if I had to make subtitles and not the transcript, I would have been forced to pay full price one more time for "nothing", which would have resulted in a much lower experience rating. Another way to circumvent the issue is to use an external editor to add those missing seconds to every word in the exported CSV file. Fortunately, those seconds are constant. The support team responded quickly, via an email provided here by their folks, but because of a language barrier, they had trouble identifying the cause. Anyway, I hope they will manage to resolve the problem, so future users won't have to pay twice. I don't know if the realignment will even work in this specific case, because I didn't try it. Otherwise, the A.I. engine did a great job in general, and it saved me lots of time from writing all of that manually. So, a big thank you to the team! UPDATE: SONIX.AI team managed to resolve the issue in two business days. They did a great job, and everything combined is definitely worth the highest rating.
