Ring is useless
Ring is useless, support is horrendous. Ring died in a year (I didn't get much health insight from it though that year honestly). Battery seems broken, charge gone in minutes. The replacement they approved 3 weeks ago has still not arrived and nobody can tell me when it will. No tracking. No order showing in my account at all. The support chat is a bot and it will not let you through to a person, you have to describe your problem the way it wants or it just loops. It asked me for tracking info, I told it there isn’t any, that is literally why I am writing to you, and it asked me again. I wrote that I need a human like 40 times. When they finally connected me the guy said it’s out of stock and a specialized team will contact me, then asked if I’m still there and disappeared. What team. When. Nobody knows. They compensated me with 3 free months of the membership. I don’t have a ring!!! What am I supposed to do with a membership!! I just want my money back.
