Really expensive travel agent
I was quoted SGD 408 to change a ticket that originally cost SGD 108, with the agent claiming that the fare difference alone was SGD 389. This makes no sense, as the same flight was available on their own website for approximately SGD 130 at the time. Advertising a SGD 0 change fee may look attractive, but it is misleading when the fare difference quoted is significantly higher than the actual ticket price available online. Very disappointing experience.
