I gave the lowest rating because the experience was completely unacceptable for a luxury purchase. The Omega Speedmaster arrived loose inside its presentation box—with no protective wrapping or proper securing. That alone was shocking. But to make matters worse, there was a visible scratch on the case right out of the box. It’s insane to think this is how a brand-new $10,000 watch is shipped. Not only was the presentation a major letdown, but I also had no way of knowing whether the movement had been compromised during transit due to the poor packaging. For a high-end timepiece, the lack of care was incredibly disappointing.
