After purchasing an item and paying for express delivery in Singapore, I was informed the next day that shipping would be late and the item would arrive the day after I left. Customer services failed to explain why this had happened but wanted a star grading……to which I gave 1, out of 5 However, after a second email explaining why it was important for me to receive this item before I left the island…..Trendhim came up trumps and the delivery arrived 3 hours before I left for the airport.
