Disappointing
Initially, I had a positive experience with Angie's List, but it eventually turned into a nightmare. They failed to assist me in resolving issues with the companies they recommended, instead offering only apologies. Although the platform has its advantages, my overall experience has been disappointing. The staff are friendly.
