The shoes were way too small and the dress was too small. The dress figures are true to size unlike most sites which is why I ordered wrong. I did reorder it and it fit well. I did not reorder the shoes because of poor quality. I did not receive a refund but I did get a credit. I would have preferred a refund. The hair accessories were just fine and I'm not unhappy with them. After my review I did get a refund which should have happened at the beginning. I am much happier and I encourage this company to not make this way of doing business a model for how they operate. They should honor the procedures if the customers are honoring what is required of them to do a return if they are unhappy.
