Our cooperation with Xianchao Logistics…
Our cooperation with Xianchao Logistics started in the middle of January and it was always possible to reach one of the team members in case questions came up or things had to be clarified. Xianchao Logistics is always helpful, provides valuable and useful information and we could always rely, what was agreed on. So we really benefited from their expertise and inside knowledge - to keep it simple : helpful, competent, reliable As a young start-up it was really helpful to get some useful advices and references concerning the German import tax- and customs regulations. There are quite some points which make Xianchao Logistics different from other logistic partners. I would like to mention only the most important ones: - in case of questions you get a promed and immediate answer - they really go the extra mile to answer and satisfy their customers request, no matter how difficult - customized / tailor-made solutions - promises / commitments are always kept Having made the above described experiences it is clearly without question that we will continue this valuable cooperation especially when it comes to the point of economic growth and expansion or the development of new ideas and products.
