Not as expected
This was not at all what I was expecting. To me, a tour means that you are staying and travelling with a group of people, with the same guide each day. Instead, this company acted like a broker, booking hotels, the train, and different day trips that could have been easily booked through Get Your Guide or Klook. We usually had to take transit to get to the meeting point, which sometimes took close to an hour. The initial hotels that they booked for us were not with the brand that they had originally told us, and had horrible ratings; they did eventually change them. Hotel information was given only 2 weeks before the start of the tour, and day tour information was given the night before. For a planner like me, I found this very frustrating. The day trips were fairly good, but they were not always as described, and more than once we had to come up with additional (cash) costs on the bus. I will say the agent (whoever they were) was quickly responsive to WhatsApp messages.
