I am a senior of 86
I am a senior of 86 and completed the questions to build the document "PATRICIA LOUISE HERN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST. I believe I met all my requirements for the trust but I am lacking instruction to proceed; i.e. CERTIFICATED OF TRUST. Is that document to be completed in the presence of the notary? My thoughts are yes but would like clarification. Other than that, I am very satisfied with this format. Thank you, Patricia
