Very sketchy company with no customer service. Stay away.
Our water distiller grew black mold and attracted ants just months after purchase despite closely following all instructions. Multiple parts were also faulty and had to be re-ordered already. Customer service would not reply to any of my inquiries about these things for help. Thing that really rubs me the wrong way was initial purchase. I placed an order for roughly $400 initially. They emailed and said the order would be canceled unless I provide multiple forms of ID "to prevent credit card fraud". Never have seen this in my life, and now concerned that info was used for something nefarious. It's not like I was purchasing a firearm or gambling credits. Really sketchy company at best.
