Cannot cancel order
The seller won't respond my messages and declined refund? I'm unable to do a simple order cancellation on this website? You guys are fully aware that the seller is obviously a scammer and won't help me? Update: Albeit it is still unkown why there is no simplier method for order cancellation directly from the platform (have to request seller for a refund), I got a full refund since seller did not propose any other alternative. The only way I could hear DHGate voice was here? Platform online chat is useless.
