Good stuff, deceitful practices...
Good tools are offered for a convincing price and there's a rather reliable customer support (it may take some time to get to the point, but you'll get an answer). Still, you can't trust the most interesting offers you thought you contracted to ever reach you: I spent 5 months trying to be provided with the item I had bought at a real bargain price thanks to a special summer offer, but in the end I had to agree with a refund, since they never sent it out and argued after all this time that the offer was no longer available... even if I had an invoice proving my purchase in due conditions. That's no true fraud, but definitely false advertising.
